Yeah, miraculously they were able to take him down, though victory was a little delayed XD
The Anarchy VS Democracy thing is two options for controlling Red. Anarchy is the way they've been playing all til now, where every input mentioned in chat is directly input into the game. Democracy is a new mode where instead, every 10 seconds or so, all the commands are tallied and the most popular command is input into the game. This results in a more accurate, but much slower progression.
Anytime someone says Anarchy or Democracy, their vote is added to the meter, when the meter hits 75% to either side, the game changes modes. There's a lot of dispute between the two modes, as anarchy is more fun and random than democracy, as well as more challenging, and the slow pace of democracy (as well as nullifying the challenge) is frowned upon by most watching. I think it's been agreed though that democracy should be used when it is absolutely impossible to proceed. It was thanks to democracy that the group managed to navigate both of Giovanni's panel mazes, and I think that's an appropriate use for it. Otherwise, they get a lot quite well in anarchy (surprisingly well actually!)
Though its starting to look like they're gonna finally need to switch to democracy again in the safari zone... time will tell, stay tuned XD
Me and a couple of friends were watching right when this happened too and I couldn't believe how angry I was (yet I was laughing so hard!) It was a weird and new feeling for me! Like actual madness!
Thanks though, I'm glad I met your expectations XD
