So Megacon was a few weeks ago, that was alot of fun (and alot less sleep!) But I'm here to talk about something specific during said sleeplessness, the Quick Draw Contest. At the con, a group called Anime Sushi hosted several events, one of which was called the Quick Draw Contest. A few of my friends and I participated in this one (being seasoned drawers after all) and it turned out to be alot of fun. Our table was the best, despite being hushed rudely at one time ("please be quiet!") we were the rowdy fun table that made people laugh... and that won alot!

Anyways, an official visit to animesushi.com yielded none of the drawings at first. The judges had scanned in our drawings and said they were going to post them on the site. After a little nagging they got around to uploading them. Here's the link(s):

Of my friends who won some of the places were:

won first place under the category of "Hope"
won third for the same category
won Honorable Mention for the same category

I actually won first place under the category of "Spring"

Our friend Morpheus won 3rd under the category of "Super Powered Bunnies"
I won honorable mention for the same category.
